LANDS horizontal blackThe objective of LANDS project is to strengthen the skills of public bodies, urban planners and trainers, so that Nature-based Solutions (NbS) become concrete tools for climate adaptation and urban regeneration. To achieve this goal, the project will enhance the catalogue created by the URWAN project (Interreg Euro-MED), transforming it into a tool designed to deepen knowledge about NbS, in order to support end users in co-designing the most appropriate solutions and, at the same time, to update the courses and curricula offered by training institutions and professional associations. In addition, the project will promote knowledge of NbS through the Startpark methodology, a serious game that promotes a participatory approach to the co-design of urban spaces and raises awareness of climate change.

By linking vocational training to environmental innovation, the project promotes professional development for designing and managing greener and more inclusive cities.

Through a collaborative and transnational approach, LANDS promotes a common vision of sustainable development, fostering dialogue between public bodies, trainers and professionals engaged in the transition to urban sustainability.
