In the framework of the local dissemination actions of the Aristoil project, it is remarkable to note that on November 23rd 2019 the project was mentioned as European best practice in the context of the launching event of the CGS Living Lab in Palermo.

The CGS Living Lab will borrow the methodology of Aristoil in creating local action groups in Sicily, and soon also abroad, with the specific aim of revitalising the production of healthy bread based on ancient grains and local flour that are no longer in use today.

The CGS Living Lab aims to take benefit of the upcoming Regional Government initiative to support user driven open innovation in Sicily through a call for innovation projects funded by the ERDF 2014-2020.
