The Network of Cities in transition towards a Circular Economy will capitalize the project results, as the Abstracts in order to implement a full Green Paper, a consultation document of policy proposals for debate and discussion, by means EU Programme 2014/2020 in order to reinforce the network of cities towards a Circular economy and engage a wider civic participation in the transition process.
